Joint Venture with C-SHINE Group in Pakistan

PAKISTAN (19 May, 2022): Rentokil Initial (“the Company”), the world’s leading pest control and hygiene services company, today announces the formation of a new joint venture with C-SHINE Group, a high quality integrated pest management service provider for commercial and residential customers. The new venture will be called C-Shine Sustainable Solutions (Pvt) Ltd and marks Rentokil Initial’s entry into Pakistan. The Company will acquire 70% of the joint venture.

Based in Lahore, C-SHINE Group was established in 2007 and today employs over 180 people throughout the main cities of Pakistan, particularly Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore.
